The long awaited Charities Act is finally here and we all need to update our knowledge to ensure we are meeting the new requirements of the Act. This session will focus on the changes being implemented in 2008, particularly;
- new fundraising statements,
- the Charity Tribunal,
- new public benefit rules,
- and the new charitable incorporated organisation (CIO) structure.
Developments in Scotland and Northern Ireland will also be mentioned. This session is for anyone who would like to keep themselves up to date with the influx of changes to Charity Law.
